The best run ever

Today I was almost converted to Denver, Colorado. I mean, I could actually live here. Recently I read that Colorado has the lowest rate of obesity than every other state in the USA. I believe it after today! A co-worker of mine told me to go running in Washington Park and I am so glad I took his advice! It was amazing! There were so many people out playing volleyball, tennis, basketball, and yes, crochet. Can you believe that??? It was awesome! I ran 4 miles and then walked around the rose gardens for a warm down while I enjoyed the scenery. It could not have been a more beautiful day:). To top it all off I went to Wholefoods to get a salad on my way home. There is one on every corner here - it's like a Denver staple! Needless to say I feel good. I could get used to this!!!
