It's time...

...to get serious about my beach-ready body which is more ready for the next season of The Biggest Loser the way I have been feeling and looking lately. It is a DANG good thing that my talented roommate Amy Driggs has a mobile air brush tanning system that I regularly employ her services for. A tan always makes you look a bit slimmer in all areas. But it is time. So now what to do? Here is the plan but advice is welcome...

1. Only put food in my mouth that is healthy for me. If I have to think twice about it's healthiness then I should JUST SAY NO.

2. I really need to stop drinking Diet Coke - BUT for the record for all of you that tell me Diet Coke makes you gain weight I am here to say that back when we started TMB and I got addicted to it so I could stay up all night editing videos, I lost weight drastically. HOWEVER, I know it isn't helping my cause. Water, Kombucha, freshly juiced vegetable juice and protein drinks - that is all that will be gracing these lips for the next little while. That and occasional kissing - it's only natural.

3. SLEEP - no more late night rendevous reading tech publications, video editing or sleep-emailing potential clients for awhile. It is killing my health and frankly my social life. Balanced life is my motto from now on.

4. I just joined a gym and I could NOT be more excited. So I will be taking FULL ADVANTAGE you better believe it. Everyday before or after work and I will schedule extra time to hit in the steam room or whirlpool afterward. I think I will get more done during the day if I am less stressed.

So now that I have publicly declared my new strategy for getting beach-ready and fast I might actually stick to it. Goodbye life of fast living and eating.
