This is a Man's World...

... at least in my fish's tank it is. This morning my last female guppy died. That brings the death toll of female fish since last Saturday when I bought them to 4. Cause of death? We aren't sure but based on the evidence we think it is heartbreak - the male fish were completely uninterested in the females from the get-go. I am trying not to take it as some kind of weird sign or something...

So now the question remains - do we get a gaggle of female fish to over-run the tank and force the males into submission? OR... do we let the male fish exist in their dominant gender roles, never to procreate but always to have fun hanging out with the other "bros" racing around the fish castle and wasting away their days with never-ending charades. In order to save future females trouble I think the latter is the only logical conclusion but I really wanted baby fish dang it!!!
